Is psychotherapy or counselling for me?

 

 

These are just some of the reasons for which people have come to see me:

 

 

- someone special has died and the hole inside will not go away

 

- life is being made impossible by their workmates

 

- the family is always wanting things and does not understand that there is no more to give

 

- the course is their parents’ choice and not their own

 

- meeting new people is too awful to think about

 

- they hurt inside and do not know why

 

- other people think they are confident and capable but they know that is a lie

 

- they know they look hideous.

 

 

 

There as a many reasons for coming as there are people in the world BUT there will always have been someone before who has had a similar difficulty.
